Luke joined Romilly Financial in Spring 2026, bringing with him a strong technical foundation in financial planning alongside extensive experience in senior leadership within the education sector.

He completed his Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) in 2023 and has developed a passion for making financial planning clear, accessible and easy to understand.

Before moving into financial planning, Luke held senior leadership positions within the education sector, where he developed valuable skills in communication, analytical thinking and strategic planning, as well as a strong focus on supporting the wellbeing of those around him.

In his role at Romilly Financial, Luke works with clients to understand their individual circumstances, goals and priorities before developing financial planning strategies tailored to their needs.
