After discovery we move onto the information gathering stage. Disclosing everything about yourself, your business, your family and your aspirations allows us to really get to know you and what makes you tick. From these nuggets we agree the strategy for planning. After discussion and prioritisation we move onto implementation.

It is not usual to address every area for planning immediately, one piece of work at a time is enough, unless of course you need to. We agree the order and the timescale for implementation and stick to it. This gets repeated year after year.
